Froggy's ( [redacted] ) just left and he did an incredible jobMy heat went out in the middle of the nightNobody else in the StLouis Metro Area could get the job done, but Froggy came out, assessed the issue quickly, was able to obtain the hard to find part, and restore my heatEven while doing so, he provided a couple of space heaters for my family until our heat was restoredI would definately recommend him for any HVAC job you have out there

I saved her $on her bathroom remodel and I let her pick all of the materials she wantedShe wouldn't let me work on Sundays or past 6pm during the weekShe won't answer my callsShe's cut me off completelyI can't resolve this if she won't talk to me in a civil matterI do want to help her, I've explained everything to her, made sure she understoodShe wanted me to rush through the tile work which would cause issuesOne of the tiles popped up, I'm ready to replace it, I've got a tile layer who's ready to help meShe can contact me on the phone or through email to set up a time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did not stop communications with [redacted] until I filed the complaint with Revdex.com At that point I considered it out of our hands and no reason to beat a dead horseAlthough he has proven to me that he is not reliable, I do not think that he is a bad guy.I would like to also confirm that he is correct, I did pick out everything that I wanted, except the flimsy shower door.I am pretty sure that I know who the tile guy is that he is referring...he is the one who was cutting the tiles as [redacted] was spraying them with a water bottle Since this final tile does not have to be cut I am fine with that, but I do not want any interaction with [redacted] because despite the fact that he said that I rushed him to do the tile work, he had three months to complete this small project, I would hardly call that a rush and he has had ample opportunity to get this done.The only thing that I want is a FIRM COMPLETION DATE and to get the job done correctly in a professional manner and on time He has one last opportunity to make this right Sincerely, [redacted] ***

She signed a contract with me and went behind my back and hired someone else for cheaper workThis is a breach of contractThe title company paid me and she is getting reimbursed through her insurance companyI do not know why she is doing

I went in there for a drain stoppage she called about, and when I got there she already had someone digging up pipes in the basementHowever, it was being done by an unlicensed plumberI told her I was going to need a permit and a master plumber to do this workI had to go down feet to work with the concrete into the groundAfter I was done digging it out she hired someone else to do the work, so I had to put a lien on her house because she wasn't payingShe has a history of not paying her bills and has been sued by multiple companies for not paying

Thank goodness for honest and reliable service workFroggy's saved us from a potential flood due to another business's water line damageUsed them for a water heater replacement previously that has been terrificFelt like they did us a favor by repairing the pipe on a SundayThanks Froggy's!

Froggy's repaired our furnace in 2014, when other repairmen told us we needed an entire new unit Froggy's total cost for our repair was a tremendous amount less than the quoted replacement cost by othersFroggy's responded quickly, communicated when they would arrive, were on time, knowledgeable, clean, and left their work space clean, very nice, and very, very, very HONEST! Excellent repair service that left us very happy!

I am rejecting this response because:You are absolutely correct, I do owe you for the faucet supply line. Please send the receipt or detailed invoice to me for the faucet supply line that was needed to install the faucet in the hall bathroom and I will gladly send a check to you upon receipt. Since we live practically in the same neighborhood, I called to let you know that I was going to be visiting my mother, who lives behind *** *** and that I would meet you there to purchase the supply lines, but you did not answer my call nor did I hear from you for another days. So I had no water to my hall bathroom sink for days....You were going to use the existing "corroded" (your words) supply lines, but I insisted that you install new ones. The last thing that you said to me when you left on this day was that you would call me first thing the next morning and come over to fix the tile problem and you never called and never showed up...which prompted me to file this complaint a week later.Please do not respond with another accusation that forces me to expose another episode and your lack of reliability. This is SAD! I did not intend for any of this to go this far, all I wanted was for you to sub the job out and we could go on our merry ways. Again, I don't think you are a bad guy, but you need to sub this job out immediately...have your tile person contact me so that we can get this behind us. If this is not resolved by next Friday, July 14, 2017, I have no choice but to take this to the next level and have a contractor come in and fix all of the flaws and see you in Hillsboro. Again, send the receipt or invoice to me for the faucet supply lines and I will gladly take care of it.

We had these guys out for a home warranty claim after another company could not find the issueFroggy not only found the issue, but got it repaired in a timely manner so I was not without heating when the temperature droppedI would recommend these guys to anyone

***, owner of Froggy's Heating and Air LLC installed my dish washer and did repair on my air conditioner When he worked on my AC, he worked until 3:a.mso we could have air the following day I have always found him to be very professional and courteous, and he will do whatever it takes to get the job done as quickly as possible I highly recommend Froggy!
