I ordered a women's monogrammed ball capExpected delivery to be weeks as advertisedEmailed them beginning of third week to confirm orderEmail response was quick to say it was scheduled to ship that FridayGREAT! I was thinking, good customer service and even told them so when I thanked them for their quick reply Within days, still no capI sent emails asking for tracking info and asked if my cap had actually shippedNO RESPONSESI chose to get their attention by posting WITHIN THEIR POST to their monthly box customersThose are the ones that they make their money onThey get a box monthly of assorted items that cost way more than the mere cost of a monogrammed ball capYES!!! I posted to them to please respond to my emails about my shipment and that if my shipment had not actually been shipped as they said, to actually refund me immediatelyThe next morning, I got a message that I was receiving that refund! WOW! Little liars! Bad business plannersI went into that same post with the box customers and they had deleted my post! Go figure! They have very bad reviews with the Revdex.comIt seems they may have big dreams and big intententions, but do not know how to fulfill themI feel bad for anyone who has ordered for Christmas gifts!

I have had the WORST experience ever with this company I placed an order for monogramed caps on June through their Facebook page I paid for the order the very next day on June At the time the website did not indicate a shipping timeframe When I received confirmation of my payment on June the email indicated that the items would be shipped in 10-business days According to that deliverable the latest that it would be shipped would be July 8th On July 11, I emailed the company to find out why my package had not shipped yet I received a reply back on July from the company that said that my order would be shipped that day That was already business days after the last date that my order should have been shippedI asked for a shipping notification and I received a response from the company that they would send the shipping confirmation the next morningI received nothing On July I replied back to that email and asked why I had not received the shipping notificationNo replyOn Tuesday July I asked for a refund and for the company to keep the merchandiseNo reply! On July I received an automated shipping notification emailI finally received the package on July (days after I ordered the merchandise) BUT guess whatit was not my COMPLETE order I ordered caps, they only sent 5!!!!!!!!! I emailed them this morning to find out where my other caps are, but since I have had no response from the company since July 14, I'm not sure that I will get a response now Also, their website does not have a phone number to call I should have done more research on this company before I ordered because the Revdex.com has complaints about this company BTW: I notice that they are very responsive on FacebookThat is a joke when it comes to any other communication

They now offer monogram boxes every month I placed an order for an adult box and then kid boxes I received my personal box from them last week However, I have not received the boxes that I ordered for my daughters on the 1st of April I haven't even received an email confirming shipment I have sent them messages on Facebook, emails, and a message from the website The only response I have received is on Facebook stating that I should receive these in 2-days I messaged back asking them to clarify what I will be receiving, my packages or a shipment confirmation They have not replied and it has been days now and I haven't received either I also haven't received any response to any message I have sent since then which includes and email, Facebook message and a message on the website I did like my monogram box but as far as the rest, it's really unacceptable and feels like I paid $($per kids box + shipping) to get nothing at the moment Bad customer service, longer wait than stated and no response is why I cancelled my subscription with the last company I thought for sure that this one would be better but it's not looking like it at the moment

One big giant headache of an experience! I came across Frogs and Frills on Facebook, and I really liked their products. On 2/24/15 I placed an order for 2 tshirts. An invoice was sent to me, I payed for the items, and the payment was taken immediately out of my account. On 3/7/15, I sent a Facebook message to Frogs and Frills after a failed attempt to reach anyone at the contact email address provided. Frogs and Frills responded on 3/9/15 and informed me that it would be mailed on 3/11/15 and I would receive a tracking number via email. On 3/18/15 I messaged Frogs and Frills again inquiring about my items that I still had not received. They assured me that they were working on fixing the problem and getting it shipped. On 3/28/15, I messaged again stating that I had recieved a tracking number on 3/19 but it had not shown any updated tracking. By 4/2/15 I still had no update on my tracking. On 4/4/15, I FINALLY recieved a package in the mail. I opened the package to find only ONE of the 2 shirts I ordered AND paid for. I messaged Frogs and Frills AGAIN stating my issue and they told me to email them my order number and missing item. On 4/8/15 I Facebook messaged frogs & frills again to check on the status of my missing item and they stated they would "get the missing shirt in the mail to you right away". On 4/21/15 I messaged Frogs & Frills once again about my missing shirt. I recieved the shirt on 4/29/15. I really think Frogs and Frills has bit off more than they can chew. They have over 63k "likes" and can't keep up. If you say you are going to do something, do so in a timely manner. I WILL NOT purchase anything else from Frogs and Frills and I will inform anyone I know to do the same.

I wish I would have looked up this place before placing an order since all of the reviews are negtiveI placed an order for a grey comfort color sweatshirts with letters monogrammed in MF WhiteA MONTH later, I recieved my order and instead of MF White vinyl it was plain white, and the grey is washed out and faded which looks like sandstone colorI emailed the provided email and went back and forth, with who I believe is the owner, for a week explaining that the grey isn't acturate compared to their color chart and I order MF White instead of whiteShe replied said that since I didn't pay for the glitter up charge they used white instead of MF White, but I wasn't sure how to order it Bc MF White was on the thermo flex plus vinyl card, not the glitter cardThe ordering part is very basic and not specific enoughNobody bothered to call me to ask if I wanted the MF White because I didn't pay the upcharge and instead just gave me plain whiteThe owner still will not my order for me with a different color since the grey isn't true to colorI sent her several pics of my order comparing the color I received to her color chartShe refuses to my orderThe only things he said she would do is apply the MF White over the White if I send it backThat will cost me more shipping and probably waiting a month laterI now have spent $on something I won't even wearI have never dealt with someone so stubborn and not willing to negotiate or work with customers to figure something out

I placed an order with this "company" for an advertised special monogrammed topI placed my order September 4th 2016, and it took this company WEEKS to make, and ship the order that consisted of shirtThat's itThis is a US company, and that is a ridiculous time frameThey claim that "they ship thousands of items daily" Maybe, if you make a special offer and quote a specific shipping time frame, you should keep to itBiting off more than they could chew so to speakAs for the actual product, the monogram was correct, and fits according to their sizing chartsThis was my first and LAST experience with this business

As with other complaints, Frogs and Frills partially filled an order, charged me for the entire order, and two months later has never refunded the purchase nor sent the remainder of the order
Received several emails stating the issue would be resolved, but no action taken

I placed a order over a month ago and never received my order. I just noticed that today they credited back my bank account. I know to many other places to order from. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered $90.00 worth of items from Frogs and Frills on September 3rd 2015. I received a confirmation number and my Debit card was charged immediately. I still have not received my items. She sent me a shipping confirmation and a tracking number 10-07-2015. over the next few days I tried to track my package and I even called USPS and they said that they never received the package. I spoke with Hayley (im assuming the owner) she stated that she was going to fully refund my money. I received an email stating that she refunded the money, the next day I received another email stating that her bank denied transferring the funds due to insufficent funds. I spoke with her about it and she told me she worked it all out and that she refunded (my paypal) account. first off I dont even have a paypal account. This whole process has been absolutely insane. She has had one excuse after the other. And now I am out $90.00 and there is no way I can get my money back!!!

Worst customer experience. We ordered two purses at the beginning of July ($90+). The site said 10-14 business days for shipping. That time came and went with no email. Then, my mother in law and I emailed them. They stated they would check the order the following Monday. Monday came and we had to reach out to them yourself. they stated on two different emails on two different dates that the purses would be shipped within 2 days. the purses were not shipped in that time frame. I finally posted to their Facebook page several times and sent a message. My message was read but never responded to. A refunded was processed. I don't understand why people run companies which serve customers if they have no desire to give polite, quality service. This is awful.

Do not order from here. My daughter (teen) ordered and never got the items. Sure wish there was a way to shut them down!!

I have ordered from Frogs and Frills a few times, and it's always taken awhile to get my items. This last time I ordered, though, will certainly be my last. I placed an order mid-October for one item, and it was immediately taken out of my account. 4 weeks went by, and I had never received any tracking information or anything of the sort. I tried calling and emailing the owner; no response. I finally disputed the charge on PayPal, and I got my refund immediately. I told the owner to keep the product. She eventually mailed it anyway, but it's not good business to conduct things in this manner. If you need help, hire good help. If you need to get out of business, then get out. They have been open for about 5-6 years now so I would things would be under control. I will also not recommend this place to anyone in Ozark, Alabama or the surrounding areas.

At the time the website did not indicate a shipping timeframe. When I received confirmation of my payment on June 19 the email indicated that the items would be shipped in 10-12 business days. According to that deliverable the latest that it would be shipped would be July 8th. On July 11, I emailed the company to find out why my package had not shipped yet. I received a reply back on July 14 from the company that said that my order would be shipped that day. That was already 4 business days after the last date that my order should have been shipped. I asked for a shipping notification and I received a response from the company that they would send the shipping confirmation the next morning. I received nothing. On July 18 I replied back to that email and asked why I had not received the shipping notification. No reply. On Tuesday July 21 I asked for a refund and for the company to keep the merchandise. No reply! On July 23 I received an automated shipping notification email. I finally received the package on July 25 (37 days after I ordered the merchandise). BUT guess what...... it was not my COMPLETE order. I ordered 7 caps, they only sent 5!!!!!!!!! I emailed them this morning to find out where my other 2 caps are, but since I have had no response from the company since July 14, I'm not sure that I will get a response now. Also, their website does not have a phone number to call. I should have done more research on this company before I ordered because the Revdex.com has 21 complaints about this company. BTW: I notice that they are very responsive on Facebook. That is a joke when it comes to any other communication.
