Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I and other family members had gone in with and without me to inquire about dates tuition was to be taken out and I personally asked for receipts to be give or emailed and I was denyed that, there's was never any information regarding or about their electronic payment systems and I had never been given any other payment options when I asked for them, I feel what's being stated in the previous response from the daycare is untrue and information because I had asked for the information they are saying they give and I was denied Sincerely, [redacted]

Everyone is charged a late fee if funds are not available in the account that is being processed. If a parent has an issue with the Tuition Express payment system they are more than welcome to proceed with traditional forms of payment. We accept Money Orders, Cash, Check, process credit cards through a separate system, Tuition express, web payment, and also have a card slider attached to our digital sign-in kiosk in which each parent can complete payment. We do apply fee's to insufficient checks and late payments with these forms of payment. I do recall on one occasion that I was willing to waive an insufficient funds fee if Ms. [redacted] provided proper documentation from her bank that it was the banks mistake. She never provided the documentation and we continued with processing the fee. Our childcare center allows our families multiple options for tuition payment. We have now added a first-rate payment processing system that allows secure, on-time tuition and fee payments to be made from either the parent’s bank account or credit card. With this system ALL participating...

families sign an ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION FOR BANK ACCOUNT and CREDIT CARD form.  This authorizes our center to credit card charges to the referenced credit card account or, initiate debit entries to the payee’s checking or savings account. This system also allows the parents to login on to the web or through a smart phone to access their accounts and process tuition payments.With the electronic funds transfer, accounts are processed for bi-weekly and monthly. After initiating the funds transfer they system takes 24 hours to be completed. We schedule our processing one day prior to the date tuition is due.  Bi-Weekly accounts are processed on the 14th of each month in order for the account to be credited for on-time payment for the 15th.  Monthly accounts are processed the LAST day of each month in order for the account to be credited for on-time payment for the 1st of the month.  If funds are not available, there are late fees added to the account. We then contact the primary account holder in order to resolve the issue.  Each family automatically receives emailed receipts and has the capability to review their payment history on the web or with our staff.
