First of all I find this response to be highly unprofessional Secondly, payment for all services were made in full when requestedOur bank has all records of checks written to *** for services renderedAlso I have not called the police about this matterThat is an overactive imagination on the side of the business owner of recordWe have photos of all sub par and unfinished work which I would be glad to submitAnd if this job is not a part of "from the floor up" then why is my home featured on the company's website? As for the windows, it is hard to pick up windows when the person who has them moved and refuses to answer the phone and give them a new addressWe do not even know if the windows are truly in their possessionHollie, the business owner of record has constantly lied about whether or not the windows were indeed replacedFirst she said we already got the windows we paid for which were the wrong sizeThen she said they are on back orderThen she said they have them but we have to come get themShe did not provide an address to receive them and she has blocked all efforts of communication with usAny negotiated pick up will now be made with police presence as we question the mental stability of Hollie the business owner of recordWe are prepared to take this to court if necessaryWe will also be contacting the WV department of labor so they can investigate the legality of this company This is a last resort if all other negotiations fail

Review: We hired [redacted] from From The Floor Up to put vinyl siding on our house and remodel our kitchen in July of 2013. To this date, the vinyl has not been finished, the flooring in the kitchen is warped, the kitchen cabinets don't match and we gave him $1600.00 to purchase replacement windows of which we have never received the correct ones. My husband has called them to no avail. I have e-mailed and tried to contact them on fb. They will not return communication in any way. They were paid in full for these services and we feel we have been robbed.Desired Settlement: We want the work finished and or repaired and we want either our windows or a full refund of the amount given to [redacted]. Either he fixes and finishes everything or he can reimburse us the amount that will be needed to hire someone to complete the job. If he does not want to do the work himself, he can reimburse us the amount of the windows plus the additional labor and supplies which total would be around $4000.00
