I had the worst experience speaking with Eva P***She is rude, demeaning and completely incomprehensiveA few weeks ago, I had called to find out more information ending with me getting yelled and this woman starting to raise her voice at meI was completely flabbergasted when this happenedI was just calling around for information and this woman starts telling me I am wrong and telling me that I don't know what I am talking aboutI am so happy I decided to take my business to another agency where they know how to have a nice and friendly staff to work withAnd who KNOWS how to give good customer serviceHow is someone going to run a business like this and treat their potential customers like this? I would not want to do business with her or let her speak to my father the way she does

A few weeks ago, I had called to find out more information ending with me getting yelled and this woman starting to raise her voice at me. I was completely flabbergasted when this happened. I was just calling around for information and this woman starts telling me I am wrong and telling me that I don't know what I am talking about. I am so happy I decided to take my business to another agency where they know how to have a nice and friendly staff to work with. And who KNOWS how to give good customer service. How is someone going to run a business like this and treat their potential customers like this? I would not want to do business with her or let her speak to my father the way she does.
