I am rejecting this response because:They called me after I
filed the complaint. They are
scheduled for next Wednesday weather pending. At this point I will only know for
sure when the job starts and finishes.
I completely disagree on
the characterization that the entire delay was due to my one week delay in
color selection. I have emails of communication regarding paint color which I have
attached. To summarize -
 I asked about color
selection when the contract was being signed.I was told that that
will be done when job will start.At some point I was
notified to provide color details. I did that within a week, but unfortunately
I made a mistake in picking interior color instead of exterior color.I was told that they
might be able pick matching exterior color but that was not possible and I was
notified.I provided them exterior
color within a week. Then they remained
silent.When I followed up,
first I was told that they didn’t receive color details. I did resend promptly and
since then they kept postponing the job every week.
I
understand that they couldn't wait, but there's no need for keep telling me that
it's starting every other week and that also only when I followed up. They never called
me nor emailed me to notify; so forget about asking me again and again about
color. You can see that in the attached emails. I didn’t have a start date till

We had you set up we were already working on your job. You could not pick a color right away like we asked. We had to move on to the next job and come back to you sorry but I can't keep guys waiting for weeks to work at your house. I need to start the job and finish.the office has emailed you...

multiple times and left messages she now has you set for next week but you have to understand I can't sit and wait weeks for color choices. I have to keep my guys busy ever day. Sorry about this this is not our fault And if you had the colors ASAP this house would of been done.I do not think this is a legitimate complaint against me at all

Review: We hired the company based on good Revdex.com rating. Everything started nicely as well, but no work has been completed since the first part, for which they have been paid as well. That was more than 2 months back. Even after our best effort the company kept delaying the job every other week.

It’s going to be winter soon and they still haven't provided a completion date. It’s a matter of grave concern to us what winter will do to the scrapped and sanded sidings.Desired Settlement: We want them to resume within a week and complete the job to our satisfaction within a reasonable time frame. They have to provide us a mutually agreed completion date even before they resume, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the contract so that we can hire another contractor to finish the job.

Eric you did a great job remodeling my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. See you again in the spring to paint the house! Great company, honest work and very, very professional!
