I, too, was scammed by Aaron M allegedly with this company into buying an Scrum class through an associated education business they do business with which can be found on this website under this profile for fake job interview. I went through the same fake interview with John L (and even went so far to try and contact him on his alleged LI profile to which he was surprised when I did because it wasn't him). Once the interview was completed, Aaron M disappeared. I did reach out to the actual Seattle company of this name to inform them of this person and scam to which they appreciated the information. The alleged office of this fake company is a real office where people can telecommute when they want in an office.

I am currently working with a major credit card company to get my money back under fraud and am submitting a internet crimes report to the FBI. Disputing the charge was not successful since the vendor would not refund the money. It is a bait and switch effort to say the least to take advantage of those who are wanting work at these times with an edge of more education.

Heed the warning of others here before doing business with these people.

Same as others, contacted by them for a Product Manager opportunity
I enrolled in a $450 Lean Agile Class *** E LEARNING - *** E LEARNING in California
Which also is known as ***
Steer clear. I'm currently trying to get my money back

Beware!!!! Much like everyone on this review thread I was scammed into purchasing the scrum certification package in order to quality for a job with this staffing company. I had one round of interviews and never heard from the from the recruiter again. Aaron M was the recruiter who contacted me.

I was also contacted by Kris G of Spectrum Staffing. He is a scam artist working with Learning Era. I paid $450.00 for a scrum master course and was scammed the same way as the people in these reviews. I had a fake interview with a Mr. John L. I am trying to get my money back from LearningEra.com. Stay away from LearningEra.com and Kris G. THEY ARE A SCAM! I was sent the Job Description Below.

Best Regards,
Kris G |Senior IT Recruiter
Spectrum Staffing LLC, 1001 4th Ave, Suite 3200, Seattle, WA 98154

Update to my case - I contacted the company that I purchased the training from and informed them I will be filing a law suit and including them if I do not get a refund. I sent hem copies of all the emails from Kris G and informed them that they are guilty by association. It took about 2 weeks but I received a refund in the form of a check. I was mailed to me Express mail.

Kris Gomes has no conscience and no heart. To operate a detailed scam such as this makes me wonder how he sleeps at night.

I will continue to get the word out about him and this scam.

I just received a similar experience with Spectrum Staffing, they push for a certification through Learning-Era. Then you have to argue for a refund. Complete scam.

Kris G is a Scam. This woman 'Jessica' calls you first to tell you that you are a great match for a very lucrative job with a big company like ***. Then you get shifted over to Kris G who shares a job description and then tells you that you must get Scrum certification from one of 3 links he sends you, as you must send him your receipt of purchase before he submits you to the hiring company. Then within a week a screening interview occurred by a John Lee, who must have a fake Linkedin account saying he is an *** recruiter. Then silence occurs from everyone, and no follow up.
The www.***com website link at the bottom of Kris's email, takes you to a poorly crafted website, with a Boris Hunt as CEO (who doesn't have a linkedin account !), nor does the ***have a linkedin account, nor does Kris have a linkedin account.
The elearning company must be in on the scam, as the only way the scam can be profitable would be for the elearing company to pay a kickback to Kris, for getting some to sign up for the Scrum Certification. The elearning company is:

The job description and wording sent to me by Kris *** was enough to send up red flags. The pay rate was also "too good to be true," The recruiter kept asking if I am scrum certified....now I know why! Based on the reviews I see here, I will pass on this "job."

I was scammed. Like the other people indicated Kris *** is a fraud. They push you to take certification courses to get an interview with Amazon (in my case) and I was interviewed by an "Amazon employee" who barely spoke English and didn't know what he was talking about.

"Hi, I have a job offer for you from.
I notice you have a PMP, however they are looking for Scrum Certification as well.
The Scrum Certification should be from a reputable institution."
He then emails you a list of the schools where you *shouldregister for the Scrum Cert
The initial conversation raised red flags, but the subsequent calls and insistence to register with those particular schools was the final straw. These scammers have become sophisticated, gotta give them that.
Sorry buddy, try another tactic

Scam recruiter looking to get you to do Scrum Cert but only from his links. The guy has some girl call first and then refer you. The phone number is an asian looking escort.

Total Scam to get scrum master certification. Will force you to buy it, promise you an interview with a big company and then disappear. Kris Gomes is a fraud and so is spectrumstaffingco.com

Same scam as *** (search on Revdex.com website) - The company wants to talk to you but you have to prove you are getting a scrum master cert.
