First of all we were not incline to show him anything more when they came to pickup the truck because the customer and the person who came with him were making threats in and out out the businessOne of them was telling one of the workers that " he had seen many dead people " has if he was going to hurt one of them we have them recored on our surveillance system.and have made a incident report regarding the threats they were a making Now we did replaced potions of his harness but in order to replace all the engine would have to come back outthe whole harness would had been at a additional cost that is not part of the engine that he purchased he wasn't able to pay for it and needed the truck asp, we did mention that to him, we did our best to fix some of the wiring but to be honest the harness needs to be replacedAfter he took the truck he has never call us about theses issues, if he brings the truck and the issue is part of our work we will take care of it of corse but he has never contacted us [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: RegardsThis company is a liar there was nothing wrong with my wire harnessMy truck was starting up and running fine before my oil pump went out which made the motor go badThey was supposed to have replaced the alleged bad wire harness due to them giving me the run around on my truckAnd as far as the extra stuff I paid for the services of them doing the workAnd no matter how old the truck is you put a new motor in the truck then it should be running this company had been lying to me telling me that my truck was ready when it wasn't and when they told me about the wire harness they said that the old motor was taken out and the new motor was already in and it wasn't in they have not done anything to it this was after they had my truck for days so yeah anybody will get upset if they was getting the run around as much as this company gave me the run aroundI am to have a day warranty on this motor and it didn't make it to my houseIf there was something wrong with the harness they would have shown me where the problem was so I don't believe there was anything wrong with my wire harness because it was starting and running fine before the motor went out and would still start up when they picked the truck up [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I do not know what this gentlman is speaking of because every experience that I had with any mechanic would show you what the problem is before they fix itI did not have these problems with my wire harenss until they did the work on my truckThese guys are liars and do not know how to do good businessThis job turned from a business day fix to a 14day fixAnd I was given the run around about my truck from day I do not have my replacement parts that was taken off my new motor when they transfered my components off my old motorThe motor was not installed properly there was ground wires and connections that they did not connenct to the motorAnd lets not talk about the fact that my driver seat will lock into placeAnd as far as calling them there number has been disconnected or changed and the other numbers that I had on them nobody never answersI am not the only customer that they screwed around like this I will get sworn statements from the other customers that was there as wellAnd as far as threats there was no threats made to anyone at the businessI will not take my truck back to these people to be messed over for a third timethis business is not fit to be in business and I will see to it that they never scam another person againI have my truck with another mechanic and will have supporting documents as to the validity of what I am saying and to be able to show to the judge.Regards, *** ***

All the parts where replaced and as agreed upon , being a shop we have shop accounts and are billed mouthy for all the parts we 
purchase . Therefore pulling a individual receipt for her part is not possible we get one bill for hundreds of parts. 
It took that long because...

the parts for her vehicle were avalible  and furthermore she was not charged for new parts which where used . Upon a basic parts check you will see that the fender for her truck new is not $95 new  . The dealer cost for fender alone is 
$279 . 
$900 for for fuel pump and body work and paint , plus tune up ,including parts is 
is a very low amount . Her father came over and verified that the tuneup was performed. Because of the time fame she decide to take truck .

This customer is impossible to deal with , there isn't any thing wrong with the Engine but he  expects that a engine swap would make an 20 year plus truck all new .we did a lot of extra work for him on his truck and did not charge him for it .we told him the the engine wire...

harness has be patched and tempred with and is in need of a replacement . If the vehicle isn't starting the wires more then likely the issue which wasn't part of our job .

How I read the complaints on here about this company after I had my car repaired there and I can't believe this could be the same people . From the day they got my car to when I got my car back they were very professional and kept me in the loop via text and phone on what was going on . The price was fair for a bmw and all other places I took it they wanted to charge double . My car is running great and everything worked out great for me .

I am to have a 90 day warranty on this motor and it didn't make it to my house.
