Customer was refunded full amount of payment from his insurance of 2,on 10-23-Customer had a unpaid balance of 2,on 10-23-Please find attached invoice and refund check

I am rejecting this response because:that's not the original receipt my insurance paid 2000 I paid 2000 [redacted] has a full on report of how much was paid I have a copie of the original copy that's was given to me after it was paid

Customer was refunded full amount of payment from his insurance of 2,000 on 10-23-2017. Customer had a unpaid balance of 2,349 on 10-23-17. Please find attached invoice and refund check.
