Review: We purchased our vehicle from Frontline Motor Cars on 02/24/14 - final financing in March - due to major water issues coming into the vehicle.

As of today, 08/22/14, the Service Contract & Funds ( $995 ) for coverage with Star Protect, has NOT been sent to Interstate Star Protect located in Atlanta, GA. I contacted the dealer and spoke with the Finance Manager named Emilio in June, twice in July and then took the time to travel to the dealership on August 12th --- to find out the reason for such a delay?

Back in June, Emilio indicated he would submit the contract? In July, he also stated the same thing? On 8/12/14, when I arrived at the dealership Emilio personally told me and my husband that he had just handed the contract to the Agent that afternoon and for us to call Star Protect the following Thursday? We did that and still NO contract in their system?

On Wednesday, August 20th we had to urgently take our vehicle into the dealership for a diagnosis, needing to submit a claim to Star Protect, yet, still NO CONTRACT in their system to date. I notified our finance company named M.A.S. Financial on August 21 and was told that it is the Dealer's Responsibility to send the documentation & funds to Interstate Star Protect within 2-weeks of the sale.

I also sent an email to the Finance Manager (Emilio) the evening of 8/21/14 asking the he PLEASE SUBMIT THE SERVICE CONTRACT VIA FAX TO THE UNDERWRITING DEPT. to: ([redacted]. To submit the FUNDS $$ to Interstate Star Protect ASAP.

The Chrysler Service Agent in Redlands, CA was able to get a Temporary Claim & Authorization for the repairs --- yet will not pay for the service -- due to NO Contract or Funds received from the dealer. Now an out-pocket-expense for Us.Desired Settlement: For the Dealership to deliver the required Service Contract & the Funds to Interstate Star Protect --- to own up to its responsibility by submitting a letter of Apology to everyone involved. Thank you.

I recently purchased a car that had masked problems (temporary fixes). For the month I've had my car, it's been in the shop for the past 2 and a half weeks. It's still in the shop and they've told me that they have to wait for the insurance from the dealers to approve of their repairs. So it would take another 2 weeks, at least. I work in LA, but live in Garden Grove. So for me to find someone to help me commute to work is nearly impossible, and I've been taxi-ing to work which is really expensive. I call the shop to ask for an update, they told me that the manager of the dealer was supposed to call me to update. I've never received that call, I've been calling to push for an update. The salesman who sold me the car, Angel Soto, told me "There's nothing I can do for you right now." The car was listed at 9995, then it ended up to be 16k+ after I signed the papers, I'm paying 8k above value of my car... and they tell me there's nothing they can do for me at this point. Not even a month with my car. They also had plenty of cosmetic blemishes that they masked off. The carpet was covered with the dealers tape (to make it look new), they did not remove that for me, so when I got home and I removed it... Carpet was torn everywhere. I'm just upset because I'm a student, and full time employee, with this car I am barely surviving, but I needed a car for work. Now I don't even have a car, and feel completely walked over. I don't have parents to aid me.
