My son and I went to Front Range Honda to look at an older Honda Civic that was recently traded in The salesman and a manager were honest with us about the condition of the vehicle and that there may be transmission issues and that the vehicle was a wholesale vehicle that had not been inspected We test drove the vehicle and did not notice any transmission issues, but decided to check out some other vehicles The salesman followed up with me later to let us know that they had their mechanics test it and that there were in fact transmission issues We obviously did not purchase the car, but were extremely pleased with the honesty and communication from the dealership I will definitely look to Front Range Honda when I am in the market for a car

This was our second used Honda purchase in about a yearThe first experience (at a different dealer) was OK though there was virtually no price negotiation and the finance guy kept us an extra half hour pushing extra warrantiesFront Range was much smoother, the salesman and all other personnel were really good to work with (knowledgeable and very nice), they more than matched prices, the finance guy was great, and the car was in fantastic shapeGreat buying experience, can't imagine better

Horrible customer serivce! My husband and I had went in to get into a dodge ramFor one it took an employee minutes to ask us if we needed help! And that's after my husband asked who could help us about a vehicle then ar sat for another minutes so have someone in sales come up to usAfter we finally got help we filled out the paperworkMy husband had decent credit and we disclosed thatAll of a sudden the sales man came back and told us we need dollars down and that our car payment would be for a period of months!!! And basically said so sorry but we cant help you without down!!! I have never in my life been treated like garbage and rushed out of a dealership like that! For one we had money down but were looking to see if we could make it work withoutHe didn't even ask us!! He got the paperwork and said get out!!! This place is horrible and to think they advertise on how well they treat the local military members is just disgusting! If you are a serivce member do not waste time and bring your familyThis place made me sick and we found way better serivce from a dealership who actual cares about the local military memebrs

Service Department lies and blames car problems on previous businesses that complete oil changes, or works on your car This has been done with several of our cars I took my Honda Oddessy in for an oil change 1st they said that it needed a new battery I got a new batter Nov Then after draining the oil, they called and said that we needed a brand new oil pan costing $because previous oil changes were done incorrectly A freakin oil pan cost $ Excuse me, but oil was not leaking or anything before I brought the car in At the same time they said I needed new front brakes and roters I had 130K tune up and spend $in Nov with Front Range Honda, no mention of new brake requirements at that time and I had brand new brakes installed in June They LIE LIE LIE DO NOT TRUST!

This is my third car from themI have purchased two Honda's and in Oct I purchased a used Volkswagon Passet After driving it home, I found out that the driver control for the windows was not working correctly It took numerous calls and the fourth visit to finally have them correct the problem The sales guys told me that the tires are new When driving in the snow I had issues driving in the snow I went to two tire stores and found out that the tires are at 6/ The third issue I have with them is the warranty I finally got a letter from the warranty company and what the letter states that is covered is not what the finance guy told me Now I am calling them to cancel the warranty I will not go back to them and they lost purchases from my family too

I have tried to email this to the Manager of sales; [redacted]l, 3 times and it gets returned to me each time.
The problem that we had was their finance man. We were told by your manager that because we were repeat customers we would get an additional $1,000 off. That was the price we wanted and we were very happy.
When we went in to the finance office the finance gentleman told us that in order to get the $1, 000 we needed to finance. We were shocked, angry and hurt. The finance person was border line abusive and very rude.
We will never purchase from them again- Denver is too near - we'll go there. Our daughters both have Hondas - they will go to Denver too - Silly them - they lost minimum of 3 customers...

My new 2016 Civic EX-T has been into the dealership 4 times for issues (less than 1800 miles on it), most recently I was asked to self diagnose the issue for a week. When I demonstrated the issue to the service adviser their response was "You should bring it back next week when the service manager is back from vacation." My complete 1 1/2 page review is available to read elsewhere, won't fit here.
