Thank You for Choosing Us to Repair your Vehicle We Value ALL of Our Customers because We do know Word of Mouth is the Best Advertisement We Do Understand the Inconvience that occured during Ms [redacted] ***'s Travels, and We had Serviced her Vehicle with a Sense of Urgency It was Explained to Ms [redacted] that We do not use Customer's Parts because of Warranty Purposes We did end up using the [redacted] Brand of Alternator only because that was what was readily available Prior to the Repair; Parts, Tax & Labor was disclosed and Ms [redacted] Approved the Repairs ALL Parts are Markusing a Standard Matrix, this is a Common Practice in the Automotive Industry Demographic also plays a part in Part Prices When the Job was Completed the Nationwide Warranty was explained in case something happen's down the road.We are Sorry Ms [redacted] is UnHappy, but We are Confident that she was not Overcharged & was Treated Fairly
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never once saw the quote that [redacted] has attached to this files stating or implying that it was shown to meand she did mark up the price of the partI refuse to be outright cheated out of my hard earned money by this establishmentwhy should I pay the marked up price for a part she had put on my car that she clearly stated they did not use I have to pay for a cheap part that she took upon herself to over charge me for Sincerely, [redacted] ***
