Hello, The customer contacted us in about a wire tuck and paid for itI asked him multiple times when he would send the harness inHe never did and said he would multiple timesThen he bought a front crash bar on Feb 5th, of They were done weeks later and multiple post were made in our Facebook group where he had been active and commentingHe had stated he would send me a sub-frame in the spring (2015) for me to do work as wellThat time came and went and I heard nothingThere have been multiple post about people picking up their items as we do not hold partsAlso there is a new policy statement with the shop that has been posted on our website, and in our facebook group for everyone to seeHe has been a member the entire time and never stayed in contact to check about sending his sub-frame or that he wasn't going to and would just like us to ship his partsThanks, [redacted] ***RD Motorsportz, Owner
