Excellent. I've ordered 2 different sets of coins and have received both in great condition and on time. Averaging about 3 weeks from ordering them and getting them at my front door. The service has always been patient and willing to do their best. Making changes to the screen print, until I was happy with them.

Review: I ordered unit coins for a military organization on Sept. 29, 2014 with an expected delivery date of 7-10 days. After a month of waiting, I contacted them via email to determine status. Over a week went by with no update then I was promised them "soon". I attempted to contact them over the next four months both via email, web page, and phone calls with very intermittent responses- all of which stated they would get the coins soon. In addition, I called them over 40+ times and only reached a person once. There website appears to be just a front with nothing behind it. I requested a refund with no communication back to me. I finally went through my credit card company and did a chargeback to them for the amount I paid. I even informed this company I would still pay for the coins once they were in fact manufactured and ready to ship. I was finally told on Feb. 5, 2015 that this company suggested I go elsewhere for the product I have been waiting on. They took my money, held it for over four months, made no effort to communicate, and when they did, made false promises several times stringing me along. Would not refund until credit card company did back charge. Very shady organization. Desired Settlement: I expect this company to abide by its original contract with me that I paid for and provide the designed coins to me in an expeditious manner. Having to go out, source another company, go through the quoting process and design changes are too lengthy and costly.

Review: I ordered 100 challenge coin bottle openers on line from Max Challenge Coins in December of 2014. I paid nearly $1000 and was charged on my credit card. I was assured I would received them by the end of January and as of today (4/1/2015), I still have not received them. All correspondence have been through email. I'm continually asking for updates. It takes days, if not weeks to get a response. When I do get a response, it's always the same, he'll check on it and get back to me later. I finally told them to refund my money. I got a response back within hours saying I should receive my order by the next Friday (3/27/2015). I still have not received my order and have demanded a refund. I'm getting no responses back.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have the product I ordered, however I have no reason to believe that the bottle openers have even been made. Therefore, I want my money back.

Business has failed to make delivery of product after 7 weeks and has been unresponsive and unable to provide a resolution. Our payment was made immediately. Initial experience was positive, but they have been unable to manufacture our coins or provide an explanation or a promise of delivery.

Review: I placed/confirmed an order for 150 coins on 4/20/15 with a confirmed "deadline" of 5/4/15. Their terms and conditions do state they do not guarantee delivery, however their website states their standard delivery is 7-10 business days. My quote/order confirmation stated their current production time was 14 business days.

The expected delivery came and passed I I did not receive an update. At that time (5/5) I sent an e-mail asking for an update. I did not receive a reply so I sent a second e-mail on 5/6. On 5/7 I received an e-mail stating it was their busy season and I would be notified when my order was through the quality control process. On 5/13 I sent an e-mail asking for an update, I did not receive a response. My e-mail stated if they had not begun production or could not give me a firm date I'd like to know how I could cancel my order. I left a voice mail later that week, I did not receive a call back or e-mail response. On 5/27 I sent another e-mail asking for an update, this time I indicated I'd be contacting my credit card company to cancel the transaction if I did not receive some form of communication. I also called and received the automated voice mail, I did not leave a message.

I have copies of all e-mail correspondence between myself and Max Challenge Coins (Front Row Marketing Inc). Their responsiveness up until my order was placed was exception, often receiving multiple e-mails a day and I was able to actually speak with them on the phone. Since my order was processed and they charged my credit card their responsiveness is awful and they will not return my requests for communication.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like to be contacted with a firm delivery date that can be met. However I need the product for an upcoming event and can no longer wait on this supplier so I am being forced to place a duplicate order with another supplier that will commit to a schedule. If I can not receive a commitment from Max by the weeks end (5/29) then I'd like a refund. I have already entered a dispute with my credit card.

Review: I have placed an order for 100 challange coins for My department. Advertising says items will ship in 10 days. It has been 9 weeks since order. Company will not answer emails or phone calls during their business hours and not respond to messages sent. Company will respond after a week and say items will be shipped next week. This has happened for the past 5 weeks. I have paid the fee of 653.00 with no product. Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I want a tracking number or full refund immediately.
