Front Street Deli

Review: I work at Skills of Central PA, Inc., and we had ordered food from Front Street Deli. Another employee picked up the food and brought it to the office. The order was wrong. I sent the order back and immediately called them. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude to me. The woman I spoke to said they had multiple orders from Skills and it was our fault they gave us the wrong one. The woman I spoke to lied and said we had just called the order in. She said she could tell by the caller ID. That was not true. She finally admitted that our order was there. The employee took the wrong order back to Front Street Deli. They refused to give us the correct order and also refused to give our money back. The man told the employee that he would rather throw away a $28 order than a $40 order. He was told that we would have to pay an addition $28 for our order. He refused to take the order back. So we ended up paying extra money for food we did not order, and they refused to make it right. They were extremely rude and everything was our fault. They refused to take responsibility and make it right.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money we paid for the order since it was food we did not order and did not want.
