I have enclosed the signed Buyer’s Order for [redacted] , As you can see the vehicle sales price is $35,the year warranty price of $1,and the sales tax on the warranty only of $108,since they are from New York they pay the sales tax on the vehicle thereTotal price is $37,less trade in $20,less payoff $27,which leaves a negative $7,that was added on to the total price of $37,which leaves a balance of $45,to financeThe customer signed the buyer’s order agreeing to the figures on this documentI feel No Refund is due back to the customer, because all the figures are listed line by line and are presented to the customer to look over and sign [redacted] I feel we did nothing wrong in this matter and consider this matter closed.Thank You,Josh N Finance Manager

$37,808.00 less trade in $20,000.00 less payoff $27,600.00 which leaves a negative $7,600.00 that was added on to the total price of $37,808.00 which leaves a balance of $45,408.00 to finance. The customer signed the buyer’s order agreeing to the figures on this document. I feel No Refund is due back to the customer, because all the figures are listed line by line and are presented to the customer to look over and sign* I feel we did nothing wrong in this matter and consider this matter closed.Thank You,Josh N

First I would like to mention is, I asked both [redacted] and her husband about this complaint when they were here last week for a service appointment and they both had no idea about the complaint. [redacted] has brought her car into the service department for a slight “Engine Mis” she...

refuses to let the vehicle here for any length of time so the tech can look at it. The vehicle is scheduled this week or next to have a coil installed at “No Charge” [redacted] has not been charge anytime we looked at the vehicle, the problem was found and is being repaired at no cost to the customer. So I consider this complaint settled at no charge to the customer.Thank you,
