I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
First, I tried what Koss has suggested and the headphones do not indicate that these are UR-headphones (on my original set, it was indicated on the earpiece) and so there is no adaptor at the end of the connector (please see attached picture IMG_0808)Second, on the packing slip, it states that the earpieces need to be replaced (please see attached picture IMG_0810)Please let me know what I should do

Hello, please call our customer service department so they can send you out the correct adapter. The UR30's were made with both size jacks so you must have gotten the full size jack. We can send you out the adapter free of charge or send you a different pair of UR30's. The number is ###-###-####. Thanks
When Mr. [redacted] originally sent his headphones in to Koss Corporation there was a mix up on Koss' end and we shipped him someone else's UR30 headphones which did not have elements in them. When Mr. [redacted] called Koss Corporation and we realized what happened we sent out a new pair of UR30's to...
