Frontier Acquisitions

We were approached by [redacted] owner of frontier acquisitions, LLC. We were in the market for buying a home. He informed us that buying and selling houses was his buisness. We agreed to purchase a home from him. [redacted] was supposed to buy a home for us rent it out to us for a year then we would buy it from him. We had signed a contract for a home (which he did not,purchase for us) gave him a [redacted] deposite. [redacted] informed,us he did not purchase the house we signed a contract for but assured us he had others lined up for us to,purchase.. week's went by homes were promised but no homes were bought. I got suspicious of [redacted]'s personal accountability, so,I started calling realtor's who were representing the homes [redacted] was supposedly buying for us. No offices had ever heard of him, no,offers were ever put in,on any home for us and the houses he was "in a bidding war on" was sold week previous. When we confronted [redacted] about these concerns via email he would not respond to us.. he eventually did try to contact by leaving a personal voice mail on works company phone. We had to reach out many times after to geta response. Once we did speak to him he informed us he would "have to find a way to refund our deposite" (which was supposed to be in an escrow account). Eventually we did get them to send us checks for our refund. One check was sent and cleared. Two more checks for agreed to be sent via usps, which got "lost in the mail". [redacted] agreed to meet us with two personal checks for the remaining balance. It turned out the did for have the funds for these checks and they bounced. [redacted] was taken back from my account and caused me to have hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees.Desired SettlementWe need a refund of our deposite and I need to be refunded for the over draft fees that was caused by there faulty checks.
