Frontier Adjusters

We had a recent homeowner claim to our insurance company, Vermont Mutual Vermont Mutual hired Frontier Adjusters to come to our home to assess the claim the adjuster that came to our home, after reviewing the area that pertained to claim, stated that he saw no issue with the claim and felt that it would be covered Only one thing that we needed to do was to get a letter from our plumber who had found the initial problem We did that but, based on the adjuster's comments, felt it was merely a formality
After a few weeks, the adjuster stated that the claim was denied and that he was very surprised We contacted the insurance company to find that it would appear part of the denial was based on the adjustors recommendation
Our fault for putting trust into someone that clearly was working for the insurance company Word to the wise, be careful and say as little as possible when these show up at your door and limit their exposure to your home to ONLY the area involved in the claim
