Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although we now have the car in our possession, we are disheartened by Frontier Auto's response to our complaint with the Revdex.com We have no issues with this company replying with a different perspective, but feel that their dishonesty should be addressed The vehicle was advertised at $rather than $ We contacted them the morning after getting the car rather than several days later We would have contacted them that night had we not left their office after 5:pm and encountered stop and go traffic all the way home In retrospect, we are happy we did hit traffic or it may have taken longer to realize there was a serious problem with the car...and not one that a simple inspection would easily identify I want to be specific about the driving of the carWe drove it to our home and back to the shop only We were never contacted by Frontier over the entire duration of these negotiations...not once This can easily be proven with phone records that we are readily able to provide When our daughters need for the car began to out weigh our desire to be dealt with honest and fairly, we agreed to pay an extra $not $(which we did finally pay in order to end this nightmare business transaction) We waited several days before calling Frontier for an update on the progress of the car and were told that not only was the car ready for pick up but that it had an entirely new engine Once again we tackled afternoon traffic only to find the car had not moved and no repairs had been made Once confronted, the gentleman who seems to be in charge, became agitated and confrontational, demanding we take the car as it is or he would charge us storage fee's I'm sure the establishment has several camera's and most likely could provide footage of this disagreement...but as it would prove the very opposite of the description they gave I highly doubt that to be an option Our goal here is not to seek retribution for Frontiers underhanded business practices, but rather to make sure our ordeal is on record so a pattern can be established for the next consumer who finds themselves a victim of this companies deceptions Thank you for taking the time to ensure that all consumers are protected from situations such as this one We appreciate the opportunity to be heard and hopefully help the next personSincerely, [redacted]

we have the Cadillac Catera for sale at the price was $after all discount customer paid only $car was sold as iswhich means the customer should inspect the car and be sure its all good to go*** *** have inspect the car and approve our inspection that the car have no problem what so everfew days later we revived a call fro him to clam the thermostat are not workingso we offer to fix it for freeafter we received the car we found out he was driving the car and it over heat and cost to break the enginethe cost to fix it was $+ tax , customer said he could not afford to fix itwe offer to pay $ of the bill , *** refuse the offerfew days later we try to help a little more we offered him to pay only $ and we pay the restagain customer refusefew days later the manger come to an agreement with *** to pay $ and we pay the restone week later I see the customer on the lot very angry and yelling I asked whats wrong he aid he is mad because the car is not fixed yeti explain that we need to receive the $ to send the to the mechanic to fix ithe didn't stop yelling and calling us namesand he claim that we don't stand behind our deal and we are not allowing him to take his carI explained again that he is welcome to take his car any time he want we never hold the car for any reason, he want stop screamingso I explained one more timewe have asked him to stop harassing us and screaming, or all what we offered to help will be of the tablesadly he wouldn't stopwhat else can we do ? we have been in business for along time some time we have unhappy customer we try our best to fix things to make every body happybut if the customer is not willing to accept what we can affordthere is nothing we can do

I wanted to let you know that I have been trying to work things out with the company that sold me the car and I thought that we had come to an agreement on a price. The sales rep Adel who sold me the car agreed to fix the car and I...

would give them $500,00. At first he wanted $700.00 and I met with the family and they came up with $500.00 and [redacted] agreed to the $500.00
This weekend On Saturday I called down to the Car lot and I don’t know who answered the phone But I asked them if my car was ready and described the car to the. He said yes it is ready to be picked up they put a new engine in it and It’s at the lot I can come and get it.
I drove to the lot and the car was there but no one had even started working on the car. I saw the owner and went over and asked him if anything had been done to the car yet. He said no and that I had to give him $700.00 before he would start working on the car. I explained that I called down to his lot that morning and was told that the car was done and to come and pick it up. He got angry and said that he told my girlfriend that he needed the money before he would start working on the car. ( I asked my Girlfriend and her daughter if they said that they needed the money before they would start working on the car. Both of them said that they were hard to understand but they don’t I told him remember them saying that.) I explained that I was only supposed to pay $500.00 for the repair. He said that I was lying and he was on the phone listening to the conversation between me and Adel and Adel said $700.00 and I said $500.00. I’m not sure what Conversation he was listening to because this was a call I made to Adel’s Cell phone and I don’t think he was at work when I made the call. He got even more upset and started saying that he is going to charge me for storage on the car. The owner said that Adel would be back on Monday and they would call me after he talked to him. I have not heard a word from them all day and will be calling him tomorrow to see what is going on with the car.

We contacted them the morning after getting the car rather than several days later.  We would have contacted them that night had we not left their office after 5:00 pm and encountered stop and go traffic all the way home.  In retrospect, we are happy we did hit traffic or it may have taken longer to realize there was a serious problem with the car...and not one that a simple inspection would easily identify.

Its here waiting for her to pickup, I had given her one when she originally paid for her vehicle and she lost it. I Have a notorized lien release sitting on the desk waiting for her to PICK UP!!!!!
