Good afternoon,I had an opportunity ti speak with [redacted] personallyWhat we are going to do is order new mud flaps for her vehicleWhen they arrive we will have [redacted] bring the truck inWe will replace the mudflaps and repair the wheel house liningThe rust repair was not a part of the insurance claim, We repaired it as a good faith gesture and made it clear that this was not guaranteed, The only way to stop the rust would be to replace the entire quarter panel which the insurance company nor Ms [redacted] authorizedAny questions please contact: [redacted] General ManagerMerollis Chevrolet
