I have left three messages at Frontier Cleaners as stipulated in *** *** ***’s post on your website. The calls were made on March 4th, March 7th and March 11th. As of today, Friday, March 14th, no one from Frontier Cleaners has called me to come by and pick up the check for $

manufacturers mislabelIf the customer takes the coat back to the company they should give him a newI did not return his calls because he was rude to my employees and kept threading us with a lawyer

I am rejecting this response because I took this winter coat
to the Frontier Cleaners in good faith that they would either accept or reject
it prior to cleaning. They accepted the
coat for cleaning which leads me to conclude that they now accept the liability
associated with the outcome. I take issue with the owner’s statement that I
was rude with his employees. I wanted
to resolve this issue in a constructive manner and he would not return my
calls. ***
