I am trying to get my phone lines back to the way they were (with all services functioning as they should)The voicemail on my main line was wiped out when rebuilding my phone lineI tried to handle with customer service; but was transferred to different departments- with no resolutionWhile the tech was at my house two days ago, he admitted it was not working- he tried to reset it and suggested we wait hours to see if that fixes the problemHe said to call him back if it is not workingSo by Frontier's own admission, the phone line and service has not been restoredI am more than happy to sign off on a resolution, ONCE THE PROBLEM IS COMPLETELY FIXEDI told this to the customer relations person who called me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have been speaking with MsAngela a.k.a*** *** who has stated the same, so I will wait to see the reflection of that credit in early May when the invoice arrives She had stated a tech would come and remove the remaining battery backup equipment, which belonged to Verizon, and he did so today It was removed satisfactorily I thank them for that and that this seems to be resolving acceptably If the bill is anything different than what we discussed, and she gave me her phone #, I will let her know- as well as the Revdex.com I gave her the two tracking numbers for the remaining Frontier equipment that I sent off in the two boxes that were sent to us Again, thanks to all

Per Frontier records, notes were found dating back to August of where Mr*** was calling in reference to Data issues. He also spoke with someone in reference to pricing and plans. Mr*** advises that he requested the service to be disconnected at the end of the promo
term which was 12/11/and the agent didn't disconnect as requested. He says agent advised that the disconnect date would be 12/11/and assured it would be doneAs a courtesy I adjusted the account in the amount of $60($with tax) for the overbilling. Mr*** is satisfied with resolutionCase closed

I have employed a lawyer and credit restoration company to handle this matterThe Frontier Communication falsely placed this negative claim on my credit report and I am demanding it be removedI never said I would not pay this bill I was instructed by them to not pay the revised amount until I received a revised billThis took place in and I have never received the revised bill so I could pay the amount I owedInstead Froniter Communication placed a report on my credit report and they refuse to remove this injustice from meI have always agreed to pay what I owe but Frontier has ruined my credit unjustly and continues to refuse to correct their mistake on my credit report.

Hello,This complaint was closed because I did not respond in time, although I just did not check my email as often because I thought it would take a few daysThis is not resolved because I want to cancel the service, but I want them to credit me for them not being able to provide the service to me for the last month and a halfThey stated they came out on November 27th, which is true, but they neglected to explain they actually have been out to my house Every Sunday since I reported the issue a month and a half agoEach person had a different reason why the service was not workingOne stated it was my router, so I was given a new router, that did not workThe next person said it was the speed of the wifi, so they did something with the wires on the street, that did not workAnother person said it was because the wifi goes from let to right and not up and down, so they stated they were not sure what they can doAnother representative told me I needed to pay them to re-wire the whole thing because of the issue, but I would be charged any where from 100-for it, but this is not my faultIt is not my fault that the person the first time wired it wrong and to far away to where I cannot connect to the serviceIf I pay for four TV's then all of them should be workingAlso I know this is a common issue, but also I want to be credited because when I watch TV only TV's can be used at the same time or the other person will be kicked offYou cannot offer a product and state all should work for TV's, but only TV's workHow can a company offer cable boxes, but only work at the same time, but charge me for 4? That is unfair and they do not disclose that information, therefore they are lying and with hodling information from there customersI want a full refund for the last month and a half on all charges and I will be canceling when that is completedPlease help me out with this because its not fair a company can lie to its consumers and charge them fee's and if I don't pay it affects my credit! because Frontier placed a freeze on her account, then due to a pending order on her account, then due to a PIC freeze. • Ms*** states her phone service went down and she contacted Frontier who advised they could put in a trouble ticket with a due date days out but would try to expediteMs*** states while on the call her dial tone returned. • Ms*** wants her number released to *** and wants credit for the time she spent on the phone.Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:• Account review shows Ms*** had requested a local carrier and pic freeze placed on her account on 12/27/The local carrier freeze prevents another provider from taking over the account without them first being removed Account review shows Ms*** contacted Frontier and requested the Local carrier freeze removed and an order was placed on 12/26/to do so however it triggered a future due date in error When the other provider tried to port the number the pending order on the account prevented the port Account review shows a 2nd order was placed on 12/28/to remove the local carrier freeze and the original order with a future due date was deactivated.• Account review shows Ms*** reported no dial tone on 12/29/a trouble ticket was initiated with an original due date of 1/4/ Ms*** advised the service was working the same day and the ticket was closed.• Account review shows the service was successfully ported on 1/9/Frontier provided Ms*** a $courtesy adjustment on 12/28/which was applied to her 1/1/billing statement Ms*** will receive pro-rated credit back to the date of disconnect on her 2/1/closing statement.
