Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/09/23) */ Frontier Communities is dedicated to providing a superior product and superior customer service We also are focused on addressing concerns when they arise and making things right for our valued homeowners The current complaint is largely a misunderstanding, which Frontier has worked very hard to resolve Although the building plans were followed meticulously, a water intrusion event occurred during a heavy rainstorm The Company addressed the water intrusion and developed a long term solution to prevent a reoccurrenceAs part of the intrusion some of the drywall became wetThe affected drywall was removed and replaced to prevent future issues It took some time and work as well as collaboration with several design and structural professionals to create both an effective and aesthetically pleasing solutionThe implementation of the necessary solution experienced scheduling conflicts between the partiesAdditionally, some of the work needed to be done in stages thereby elongating the process and exacerbating any frustrationThe final finish work is currently in process and hopefully all concerns will be fully addressed No home is ever perfect and while not blameless as to the friction that developed, Frontier has gone above and beyond industry practice, taking every reasonable and appropriate step to give the homeowners the home that they deserve

This week Frontier Communities worked diligently as a mediator between Mr [redacted] , T&R Construction and the auto body shopWork was started on 4/26/at the auto body of Mr [redacted] 's choice and it was paid for by T&R ConstructionWe reached out to Mr [redacted] to inform him that payment has been made in which he was satisfied.

First,I need to disagree with the statement that they correct all outstanding issuesI don't understand how come consumer need to sign any form of settlement agreements for the business to do a job like steaming carpet serviceI'm not asking to replace the carpet after the construction, or anything unreasonable
Second, I closed escrow in December since Frontier rush me for their finical purpose (I could of wait until they fix all their issues and sign the paper and I should of)The reason why I have not move in yet is because the inefficiency from the builder fixing the mistakes they made when building the houseMeanwhile of course I'm still paying my mortgage payment, HOA fee due to the outstanding issues that they still fixing it
Lastly,I know there is no such thing as a perfect house, but at least we need something that is acceptableI purchased another brand new home not long ago in with another builderThe customer service from this builder is outstanding/efficient and Frontier is no where near that levelI would just let all my friends, relatives, or family know avoid Frontier at all timeIt is not worth the time
Overall just all about reputation

mannerThis week we have replaced and or repaired the kitchen plumbing, the
island cabinet, and island countertop. We also placed a rush order for
the water damaged sink cabinetUnfortunately, cabinets take time to build and
it may take an additional to weeks to arrive. As soon as we receive
the new cabinet, we will reach out to the homeowner for installation
We
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have imposed on
your family. Frontier will continue to stand behind its construction and
hope that you will enjoy the home for years to come However, other than
the work completed in response to your customer service calls, no amount will
be paid to any home owner as compensation for time or inconvenienceFrontier
offers a best in class warranty and expects that all issues that may arise in
the future will be handled as the past few have been

Hello,Thank you for contacting Frontier Communities on my behalf I am rejecting their response because even though they have been replying to my service requests it is the untimeliness of resolving the issues that is my concernMy kitchen has been in pieces for over a month and it is not safe. I attached two photos, IMG was taken on August 12, when Frontier initially addressed the mold that I found when they removed the dishwasherIMG is what my kitchen looks like today Sept 11, still nowhere near completeMy sink basin and counter top is resting on two wooden planks Please let me know if you need any additional information or photosThank you,*** ***
