next days on a house in the same subdivision as the *** and we will make sure this gets taken care at this timeIt is for this reason that we do not give completion dates on our contracts because things like this can always come up but we definitely want to get the *** taken care

In regards to the Jacuzzi tub, we show that we gave you *** *** phone number because the tub not working is a manufactures warranty and apparently it was frozen and is not covered under warrantyThis could happen if the motor was run without water being in the tub
In regards to the roof, when you called on Monday ***24, your call was immediately returned and the issue was reviewed with *** then asked for additional pictures which the PM in the area was instructed to take and he did go by your homeWe apologize with the short week since it was the week of Thanksgiving that we did not get back with you as quickly as you would have liked before filing a complaint Wednesday **/morningHowever, when our *** *** stopped by to take a look at the roof, he could tell that the required homeowner maintenance (caulking) had not been done which is recommended every yearsRegular maintenance is required to prevent leaks and other problemsAttached is the signed Builder Warranty and page number references the warranty on the roof
Please let us know if you would like the number to one of our roofing companies and they will be happy to come out

As the complaint is now some 9 months old as well being acknowledged by builder of at least 6 months old in his response, I would like a firm date by which work will be completed as the reply has no firm dates.Regards,

By the end of the month we are planning to have [redacted] over to your home to address the concerns. We can not give a firm completion date since delays can be caused by conditions that are beyond our control.

As I explained in my initial complaint the tub issue has been from day one! If it was run with no water it was done before my purchase, the home was built in 2008 and not purchased until 2011. The folks at factory builder did not say the motor was frozen that was said by ** and after he left I was told by my salesperson ([redacted]) that once there was a [redacted] in place it would be taken care of, as she would continue to stay on top of it. That didn't happen and now she is gone!!!!As for my roof when I called on **/24/14 I was told [redacted] would call immediately, that did happen she ask me to send pictures and I sent them immediately her response was she would show them to [redacted] and get back to me that afternoon, that never happen! I phoned her the next afternoon and was told [redacted] wanted more pictures and she would let me know when a roofer would be coming to do that, yet now they tell you someone has been on my roof and done their inspection,well when would that have been! Are they saying someone just comes on my property without my knowledge!This has nothing to do with me not getting answers as soon as I'd like or it being a short week, I filed this complaint quickly as not to get the same results as usual from Frontier Homes and that is no returned calls and lack of acknowledging his homeowners needs!
