Review: The company, as shipper/freight forwarder was entrusted to deliver a package across the border to Canada. Upon accepting to ship the item they did not discuss duties/tariffs and proceeded to extort US$500 under the heading of "customs tariffs" and stating delivery was still possible the same day if the money was paid in in time. Thereafter, after I paid threes, they then required "insurance" in the amount of $250 for delivery to proceed. I have attempted to ask questions that are being ignored and neither of their telephone numbers (on their website) are ever answered...Desired Settlement: Deliver the item on credit and Sender is liable for undisclosed charges upon delivery.
