Frontier Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning

subpar carpet cleaning and no results of carept being clean. customer service poor response and No clue on how to keep a happy customersNot Pleased, NOT happy with Frontier Cleaning service. Service guy came to my home ON 11/17 and was shown the areas of the carpet that needs to be clean/high traffic areas. DID NOT Offer to do any pre cleaning treatment even AFTER he was shown the areas to focus. Attempted to clean the carpet and didn't even CHECK behind him to ensure the areas were clean. I came home to check and all areas still dirty. Now it's not a stain, just dirt. Called the company back on 11/17 to discuss my dislike and the service man stated he FORGOT to offer the pre treatment cause he don't like to charge extra to the customer. note TO SERVICE MAN - YOU GIVE THE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO DECIDE, not you..... Stated that he wanted me to me happy, so he will come back out to re-do my carpet on 11/18 DURING 9-12pm. Now 11/18 is here and I call to reconfirm the time and he give me the COLD shoulder and stated " I need to call the office". Called the office and the receptionist says " The drive said a different story and he did offer and he did clean and it looks like the sun faded the carpet, we can't do more than that. it's just a stain......... LIE.... the areas that needed the focus are NOT even in the sun, it's a hallway and closet.... So that lead me to believe they had NO INTEREST in fixing the problem. Why you argue with the customer, instead of just coming back an fixing the issue. OH by the way, this service guy has 15 years experience, WELL, I can't TELL. Sorry SERVICE for carpet cleaning. No Recovery plan for unhappy customers. WILL NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE/COMPANY TO ANY ONEDesired SettlementRefun of my initial 99.00. Because of the carpet is still the way it was when they came= DIRTY . Business Response The customer cancelled her checked the so the problem is resolved!Consumer Response I received NO response from the Frontier business and no ATTEMPT to correct the issue. NO ONE called me to try to work out the problem. Therefore, You still TOOK my money and wasn't going to TRY to repair the carpet. I took action and stopped payment on the check to PROVE to this business that MONEY TALKS. You can't treat customers poorly and give sub-par service and expect payment. This business DID nothing to recover the issue. Poor customer service and poor product delivery.You can officially close this compliant, as I have voiced my concerns.
