This company started out good as they were inexpensive and had a nice owner who drew out my plan to landscape my backyard
When he subcontracted the concrete, the pourers came on a rainy dayUnfortunately the concrete cracked in the middle (not in a joint) the first dayI took a picture of it and let *** the owner, knowHe said they would fix it, but I stupidly gave them the last of their money, and then I didn't hear anything for a couple monthsI called a couple times and he came out again, then had his lead guy come out and look at itThe first time he looked at it he said they could do something about it, but then didn't do anythingThe next time he said there was nothing they could do about the crack and that it wasn't out of limits but that they could look into reimbursing me a small portion of the $I paidI waiting for the money or any other information, but haven't heard anything after that
