I am rejecting this response because:Since he is not telling the truthI never received a text nor a call, and that is why I had to find another way homeI landed at 11:50, to no text or call, received my bag and still no word from the driverI then proceeded to call the main office no answer, and figured I was being stood up and then had to book another way homeI should not have to wait unlit they eventually show up or notRegarding the additional $fee, I was their and they were not and if they were eventually showing up it was not in a timely manner of my bookingFurthermore it is fradulent to tack on additional fee to a signed credit cardI do not care what is posted on their website since I did not book through that, but rather by phone. There is absolutely no reason I would look to book a 2nd car service (which was more costly) if my original showed up

To whom it may concern, The customer booked a round trip airport on 01/05/18. Pick up from Marlboro to JFK airport on 1/18 and returning on 1/24 from JFK at 12:16am. You can see trip ticket attached. First trip to airport ticket you can see check mark where driver confirmed with customer we...

would pick them up at JFK on 1/24 flt# 0616. The customer did mention that the tolls and ITF charge was higher than she expected. (see attached) The driver asked if she needed to cancel and she said no. Driver also said that if needed she can call the office. The customer never called the office to cancel or discuss price. Our vehicle and driver drove all the way to JFK for the return as booked. The driver text the client prior to landing about 12am with no response. The driver then called the customer a few times and around 12:55am less than an hour after landing the customer answered and was already in another vehicle and said no need for service. However, we were already there in JFK. Our office building is closed at 12midnight but our phones and call service is 24 hours. Her message at 12:50am was answered promptly but she was already in another car. Attached is signed credit card slip for services as well. The VEI cancellation policy which is published on our website (veipartybus.com) and at the Revdex.com states cancellations are $150 for this size vehicle therefore we did drop that cost to $100 for this customer. (see attached) Please find in our favor as we followed procedure and customer should have taken our ride and not a cheaper one if she did not cancel us properly.Thank you in advance
