We are sorry for [redacted] experience and would like to apologize. He came into the office and stated he was out of the unit.
He informed us that items were missing from his unit. We asked if the
unit had been broken into or the lock removed. He stated that no his
lock was still on the unit....

In his review he states that he received a
lock from us, the only locks we provide or sell are locks that are new and
sealed in the package direct from the supplier and we do not keep a key.
We stated that it was
likely someone who had access to his keys. Since we have no access to his key, if there were items removed they had to have been taken by someone who had access to that key.Attached is a photo of the front and back of two packages of locks in their factory sealed packaging. This is how we receive them from the manufacturer and how tenants receive them from us.
