We spoke with *** about the complaint. She said that she was going to call and have complaint closed because we had worked out the issue and she was able to move in. She understands now that there were some issues that were beyond our control but have been corrected. All is fine
and she had told us that she had called the Revdex.com to make a positive review of our company

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Hello,  I have spoken to Ms. [redacted] twice in this situation. I have been in communication with her often on a weekly bases. I explained the City of Florissant rules and Frontier Northbrook rules. We have signs posted by ASSET Towing on our property allowing us to remove any derlick vehicles...

or unregistered vehicles after they are tagged. If the car does not have plates the car will be removed by ASSET Towing our signs that are posted explains this. I gave [redacted] my personal work number and asked that she contact me if she had not heard anything. I was on the other end contacting our Towing company asking when she will be able to pick up her car. It came to a schedule conflict where Ms. S[redacted] needed a ride to get to the Towing place. After all of this, which there is more to go into detail, Frontier was able to solve this matter in house. It took long because we had to wait thirty days before she can pick up since her car was unregistered and the tags had expired. [redacted] was called to verify she received her car and she replied yes, and which I was happy as well.  Frontier allowed [redacted] to pick up her car for free with no penalties she had to pay. We apologized for how she felt and explained the rules and why we removed her car. Nothing was done intentionally that is what we hire Asset Towing for to monitor our property on a weekly basis. I have spoken with Ms. S[redacted] and she stated she will remove the post. As well as apologized for what she had to go through.  Thank You  [redacted]

Frontier Property Management took full responsibility when our agent moved [redacted] in without having a certificate. When the City of St. Louis delivered the notice to have a engineer out to look at the basement foundation, when then hired the appropriate team to fix all problems. Several conversations,...

emails were exchanged with [redacted] the lease holder in regards to their property at the time. We complied with the city and the certificate was given. The tenants received a concession, but they felt that was not enough instead they contacted the attorney general and we responded to them with the same information. Everything the tenant requested in the property was done. When tenants asked to transfer, Frontier decided to go the extra mile to find [redacted] and her mother Felice a peaceful property with everything they could desire. When tenants found a place, we handled everything from there which nothing was mentioned in the above complaint.  On the other hand, tenants transferred to another property with Frontier Property management so we were still in great communication with both tenants. Just recently their current property was sold in January 2017 to a new property investor and Frontier no longer managed the property. Since 2015, Frontier has gained and removed employee's to better our customer service, and most of the tenant documents were transferred to the new owners. To be honest, I have worked with both tenants through emails, face to face meetings, phone call etc..  I was under the impression everything was solved.   Thank You, Management
