Review: on October 17, 2014 I aurthorized a $80.00 payment for account # [redacted] for internet hookup. This company took $[redacted] from my checking account. I have called several times to get this resolved and was informed that because this person (which is my daughter) owed a back bill in the amount of $[redacted] they took all of this amount out of my checking's account which I did not aurthorize.
Review: FOR THE LAST 2-3 YEARS MY PHONE HAS HAD A ROARING NOISE IN IT YOU CAN HERE ANYONE TALKING HARDLY IT GOES DEAD 3-4 TIMES A WEEK THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO FIX IT BUT THEY HAVENT YET I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND NEED MY PHONE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION THE NOISE THAT IS IN IT STAYES THERE CONSTANTALY PLEASE HELP ME GET GOOD SERVICE I PAY OVER 200.00 A MONTH TO THEM THANKS [redacted] PHONE [redacted]Desired Settlement: TO HAVE THE ROARING NOISE GONE AND IT NOT TO GO DEAD 3-4 TIMES A WEEK
