I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12827329. I accepted the condition, but still do not accept how they still think that we are in the wrong. Their statement "There were no needles, the carpet did not smell, and no sign of any roaches" is untrue and false as well, since we do have pictures of the needles on the floor (It was at the corners of the apartment too, very well hidden), and the cockroaches in the bathroom. The apartment also smelled. Furthermore, what I said also had truth value to it. One of us was indeed infected. Their delay in giving us a response made us choose this step - to report to Revdex.com, in hope this matter is brought to their attention. They are very unwilling to cooperate, and their response to Revdex.com is putting the blame on us, in which I beg to differ.I will not want to pursuit this any further, hence this case should be closed, as we got the amount we rightfully deserved from this whole situation. From how this situation was handled, I learned not to trust this service anymore, and hope to not deal with them again in the future.
