Frontier Residential

Review: I hired Frontier Residential in January 2014 to do some work on my bathroom. He quoted me 200.00 for the job did not have me sign anything. He was to put in ceiling fan, tile work under sink, hook up plumbing under sink and bath tub and do trim. He told me he doesn't add anything extra to his quotes. He said he would start in the morning. I came home at five that evening he had put boards for trim looked really bad said he could not figure out the plumbing on the bath tub or could not figure out the electrical the only thing he did was lengthen pipe under sink and cover the wiring with a switch plate. He told me he could do the electrical and plumbing which I thought he could. I do not think he is licensed to do that on peoples homes. I sent him an e-mail and told him I was not happy with the work and did not want him doing any more work on my home. He called and left a message and said since I was not happy with work to pay for two hours labor and supplies. I sent him a check for that he then said he told me 65.00 an hour for the first hour which he did not. Then when that didn't work he added 65.00 to his invoice and called it a trip charge. This man did work on my home he was not qualified to do is now trying to collect on money he is not entitled to. He added 25.00 late fee to invoice because I refuse to pay for something I did not agree to and was added after agreement. He got upset because I would not let him finish the job I felt he was not qualified to do.Desired Settlement: I would like him to be fined if he is not licensed to do plumbing and electrical on peoples homes. I would also want him to not be able to lie to clients about what they agreed to and try to charge them extra. I would like to be reimbursed since the original agreement was 200.00 to finish job. Even though. I was the one that did not want him to finish because of his quality of work.
