Review: I received propane from [redacted] propane Stetsonville wi, I never got propane with out prior energy assistance approval or a personal check, one time my check did not go threw because of $3 and I told [redacted] I would give him cash for the check and the fee, so I put it in an envelope and took to his brothers gas station in Stetsonville Wi on my way to work. I gave it to the girl behind the counter she told me she would make sure he got it! then [redacted] was bought out by FS I started to receive bills for that amount I called energy assistance they paid all bills then I called [redacted] he said he probally put it on the wrong account but did remember getting it and would straighten it out with FS. I have been in contact with [redacted] and FS since May because I keep getting bills so this month I called FS and they say [redacted] in not with them anymore and he never straightened it out so they will keep sending me a bill!!I do not owe any of them and will not pay it I feel this harassment is mentally affecting my self and husband please stop them :(Desired Settlement: I just don't want any more bills and the truth to be told!! and my zero balance sent to me!!!

I have some information but not all at this point. I will be out of the office the next two days and wanted to let you know that I was working on this case. It appears at this time that the customer does in fact still owe us some money even after the cash payment is figured in. I spoke with the customer and straightened everything out with them. The issue was due to miscommunication during an acquisition, the owner that sold the business to us did not communicate the appropriate information on the payments made by the customer. I assured the customer that their balance would be zeroed out and they would not owe anything. I apologized for the inconvenience and the customer seemed happy with the end result.
