To whom it concerns:Thank you for the update.  Unfortunately, our dispute with Felipe P[redacted] of Frontier Stucco LLC is no closer to being resolved than it was at the start.  On the contrary, Mr. P[redacted] has only continued to make false claims, the latest of which was a claim (at the...

beginning of September) that he sent us a money order via certified mail and would provide a tracking number to prove it, but we never received anything from him, nor any notifications of attempted deliveries, nor a tracking number.  On September 21, 2016, he left a voice message to tell us that the money order he supposedly sent to us had been returned to him in the mail.  On September 23, we asked him to send it in the mail, and gave him our address and full name again. He told us "I send it today" on September 23, and "...when they send us a take a picture and I send it to you...." (we interpreted this to mean that he would send us an image of the tracking number that same day).  It is now October 6, 2016, and we have yet to receive a single thing from him or any notifications of delivery attempts. He has also not provided a tracking number to back up this claim. We have also sought advice from the Fort Collins police, who suggested that we send a certified letter to him demanding our money back.  We tried to track down his mailing address, including asking the Revdex.com and checking [redacted] for a correct address. We also contacted a business whose address was listed as the "Registered Agent" for Frontier Stucco LLC on the Colorado Secretary of State's website to see if they collected mail for Frontier Stucco.  After a short conversation, we learned that this business used to know Mr. P[redacted] and had helped him in the past, and that Mr. P[redacted] owed them money as well.  So, we sent two certified letters to the two other addresses that we found for him and his business (the address he wrote down for us when we originally met him, and the address on the CO Secretary of State's Business Database).  The USPS attempted delivery, reporting "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)", so we rescheduled the delivery, but to no avail. After at least two failed delivery attempts, the mail was listed as "Unclaimed" and will be returned to us.Ever since we gave Mr. P[redacted] our money, he has not followed through on any of his promises, and it now appears that he has lied to the Revdex.com by claiming that this matter was somehow resolved, but it has not been. Our desired resolution still stands: we expect Mr. P[redacted] to return our original deposit ($1250) since he has not fulfilled any part of our original contract. This ordeal has been a substantial source of stress and frustration for our family, and we have wasted an inordinate amount of time on this matter, which can be easily resolved by Mr. P[redacted] (namely, by simply returning our money). We are not only frustrated with this contractor in particular, but also with [redacted], who we relied on as a source for "[redacted]."  [redacted] is supposedly working on this on our behalf as well, but we were expecting to hear an update from them by now.We appreciate the assistance from the Revdex.com.
