If this is the Frontier Wireless for cable in the Palm Springs/La Quinta area who took over for Verizon Fios we are talking the worst customer service ever! I will make a long long story short as I can but for two years having Verizon for my WIFI CATV service no problems at allAs soon as Frontier took over in my area for Verizon (no choice) bill went up almost $ That was only the startI called and waited long waits to talk to reps who knew nothing at all until I talked to one who stayed on with me over an hour and lowered my rateThey sent out a tech a week later who did nothing except sat on the phone with me to find out why he was sent outWe talked to the rep together and my bill again was up with no records of me taking to lower my ratesThe nightmare only started I was billed for the tech coming out and my lowered rate which was not much did not start until that day Which I said I called a week ago when I got my bill and all the rep could explain was "Until the tech comes out and programs the new rate will start"Asking the rep what he had to program he said "Nothing, I did nothing"I will look for a new CATV company soon I guess I will choose Spectrum
