contact said, customer and have worked out an oral agreement to replace purchased vehicle that caught on fire with a like vehicle out of goodwill. Dealer is in no way responsible for any problems with car and is only doing this out of goodwill. Said customer has agreed to sign a gag order on case and affidavit that states dealer in not responsible for any wrong doing but is going to try and resolve customer complaint by providing him with a like vehicle out of dealer goodwill. We strive as a company to resolve any unsatisfied customer.
