Frontline Tree Services and Landscaping

I contacted this company to have large tree removed, the owner (***) said would do job for $2,800.00 I gave him half $1,400.00, he came out and a lifter to get to top of tree to start cutting down, could not get lifter up high enough said was not steady so he would have to get a tree climber, this took another two weeks. When scheduled tree climber never showed up. I told him if he could not do job it was ok and give me my deposit back. He said no he can do it, so another week went by finally came out with the lifter again saying it would work, well it did not and said could not do. He said I should pay for the rectal $400.00. I told him I would not, now giving me excuses he is out of town due to family emergency. I am 68yrs old and I am very stressed and pressured if I don't agree paying for the rental I will never get my refund. Please help me.

Very dishonest ! We had him take down a tree and was supposed to remove the stump, but only removed part of it and could not get him back to finish it. Plus we could not even get him to answer our calls.

Sloppy, damaged property, unreliable, and untrustworthy.

I hired Frontline to take down a few trees and stump grind them, take down a fence where some trees had gone through, and finally put back up a singe section to the to re-enclose my backyard. *** told me it would take 2 days, I paid 25% up front, and then him and his crew came and got about 85% of the work done, leaving a 2-3ft stump, the stump grinding, and putting back up the section of the fence we agreed upon. I paid him and his crew for the work that day leaving a few hundred dollars left of work to do.

*** was suppose to come the next following Tuesday and has since ghosted me and ignored my phone calls and has not come and finished the job. I found that they cut the extension to my downspout to remove one of the trees (which was unnecessary as it detaches right where they cut it) and just left it there. They didn't pick up after themselves leaving tree leaves, branches, and fence parts all over my property. The open fence doesn't doesn't allow me to put my dogs out in my back yard alone like usual.

The worst part, with the open fence someone came and stole my wife's bicycle out of our back yard. What's suspicious is that *** was asking me about buying that bike the day they were working on my property. The bike was not in view from the driveway (where the fence section is missing), the view of the bike through the yard is far and blocked by various furniture. The bike was stolen 2 days after *** came and he never showed up to finish the job... Seems like quite the coincidence considering we've never once had an issue with theft in our 5 years of being in this neighborhood.

Hired for stump removal Tomas damaged my property asked for insurance he said he would repair damage next day. Never returned and stopped taking my calls after check cleared. Not first time he did damage to homeowners property. Read yelp reviews.

I contacted Frontline Tree Services after coming home the other night in high speed winds to a large branch down from my tree that has been in decline for a few years. I had already gotten one estimate for removal that was a little high so I contacted Tomas to get another estimate. He came over the same day and gave me a very reasonable rate to remove my tree. I had honestly expected to be getting in line for the removal due to the damage that had happened elsewhere in the area, but Tomas was able to come the next day and remove my tree. He and his crew worked through the entire afternoon on my job and then cleaned everything up, including sweeping branches and sticks from my roof. Tomas was super friendly, professional and knowledgable. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a tree service.
