Response:Per the customers complaint, the customer found us on Google, was aware we were NOT a primary ticket provider, which is communicated to them multiple times throughout their interaction with our companyThe customer admitted in their complaint that they agreed to our terms which were read
to them, and within those terms that were verbally read to them, they were informed exactly who we are and the nature of our businessThey agreed to the terms and proceeded to complete their purchase, which included in our terms they are informed there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellationsRegarding the customers vague unsubstantiated claims of us being "sketchy", and somehow doing a "bait and switch", the customer received precisely what they agreed to purchaseWe will not offer a refund to this customer, as their claim is not valid and amounts to nothing more than buyers remorseWe completed our obligation to this customer, as any other secondary ticketing company would have doneWe have served over one million happy customers, and will continue to do our best to connect live event enthusiasts with tickets that meet their desired price and location at their favorite events

I have purchased my tickets through another vendor at this point.

Response: In very rare situations, one customer will be placing an order simultaneously as another customer, and the tickets ultimately are not available for one customer or the other. This situation is extremely rare. Usually we are able to find suitable replacements for the customer. Sometimes, as...

in this situation, the customer is not willing to accept the replacements offered. We would be happy to work with this customer to help them get tickets that meet their budget similar to their original desired location.
