Buy a meal and add a salad bar they should charge u full price 899 the bar one had no soup it was dirty it was down rite over priced and the wife came but for 50 bucks that's crazy

Our Crevier BMW Sales Manager, [redacted] has been in contact with the customer to work out a resolutionAs of yesterday April 26, 2016, Crevier BMW has agreed to pay the three monthly payments in question to MINI Financal Services in the amount of 1,027.89, for customer [redacted] ***The amount of $1,covers three months payment on her previous vehicle (MINI Cooper Roadster VIN# [redacted] ) the $Dispistion fee was waived by MINI Financial Services

The vehicle in question was a specialty demo as assigned by BMW of North AmericaThe status of vehicle was disclosed to client with complete transparency both verbally and in all the documentation he signedAs with every vehicle we sell, the paperwork was completed to the requirements of the DMVAs an act of complete goodwill we have already reimbursed the client the entire amount that was on the contract and as a further act of goodwill we are willing to reimburse the $in expenses

Unless my expenses is paid the case should remain open and the dealer's advertising should be investigated. Please keep in mind, I picked the car from new inventory in their own web site that stated the car was new and available for immediate delivery which turned out to be and the car was reported weeks earlier to BMW HQ as sold and the warranty had started from that moment

The following guest came in and we were unable to verify any abnoises from the belt tensioner at this time and could not replace it under warrantyThe technician did find that the oil filter housing gaskets were leaking, recommended oil pan gasket replacement, sway bar end links
have grease leaking outThey recommend repairing the active leaks and cleaning the pullies of any oil residue before continuing any further diagnosisGuest declined any further diagnosis at this time. Thank you,The Crevier Team

We are very disappointed to hear about all the frustrations this guest has been going through in order to get this cleared up. There is no open recalls on this vehicle but prior to the vehicle being sold to the dealer BMW NA had performed a recall in Oxnard just like she had stated. We contacted BMW...

NA and there is a "Proof of correction form" that just needs to be filled out and taken to the DMV for this to be cleared up. The guest would just need to come by Crevier with the vehicle and our Shop Foreman will need to take a quick look to verify the recall has been performed and he will fill out the form which will resolve this issue. Our Shop Foreman is available M-F from 8:30-5:00. It would only takes a few minutes to verify and fill out the form. All the information with the form is in our Service Director's office for her. It would be best if she reaches out to him prior to coming in so our Shop Foreman will be ready for her so she can get in/out quick. We were sorry to hear of your transmissions issues. The transmission was replaced 10 years ago under warranty by BMW and like every transmission replacement is was with a remanufactured part. BMW will not allow the extended warranties you purchased to be placed on equipment unless they are sure...

that it meets their strict guidelines of quality.   We reached out to BMW and asked for assistance on your behalf which was respectfully declined for the following reason. Length of time since warranty has expired. Without removing the transmission to do a thorough and costly inspection there is no way to tell what caused the failure.   The $500 offer was a simply act of goodwill and is not attached to any  “donation”. This offer still stands.   On each of our pre-owned vehicles we have a file with all service and warranty work that was conducted along with other history data, we always review this with each client.   We do our very best to assist clients but unfortunately time was really against us, that is why a gesture of goodwill was offered.

The status of vehicle was disclosed to client with complete transparency both verbally and in all the documentation he signed. As with every vehicle we sell, the paperwork was completed to the requirements of the DMV. As an act of complete goodwill we have already reimbursed the client the entire amount that was on the contract and as a further act of goodwill we are willing to reimburse the $276 in expenses.

We have spoken with customer and advised that cancellation of contract is being processed.  Once completed refund will be issued to customer when received from extended protection company.

We have notified bank that cancellation is processing, as soon as it is completed payment will be issued to lien holder.

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution was satisfactory to me.  However, while the issue concerning the car tires and alignment was cleared up, the lack of communication surrounding this issue and the fact that it took 3 weeks to clear up (with BMW holding my new car the whole time), still points to a problem within this company.  It was only after significant escalation on our part that we got a response.

We have been in communication with customer.  We have found that the navigation system is operating as designed, however since customer is not satisfied with the operation of the navigation system we have offered to reimburse customer amount paid for the optional equipment.
