I received a letter requesting payment on charges that I had disputed were incorrectly charged and late fees from a doctor bill that was only months oldI requested a detailed copy of bill to verify the charges were correct and was told they would get one and contact meI waited nearly weeks before I called back to say the charges were for services providedI said I needed a detail billing account and they stated they did not have this informationSo I asked yet again for a copy because I thought it is unfair and illegal to ask someone to pay a bill without back upI asked to verify that this would not be placed on my credit report until matter resolvedTheir response was that after days they could guarantee it would not go to collections so o had better pay itI asked to talk to manager and was told that all they had was sales managerThen I asked for VP of MarketingThey claimed they did not have oneI asked for Director of human resourcesThey did not have oneThen I asked for President George B [redacted] but was told he had no email or voicemail but if I left my number he call me backThat was August months no callI asked why no one ever returns my call and they said it's not their job to follow up as they have so many accountsI filed a complaint for extortion business like practice with Attorney General of Tennessee I now have an official complaint under investigation with Regulatory Agency of Insurance and Collection complianceI paid my bill to avoid damage to my credit report but I am still waiting for detail billing to see if corrections were made to bill for incorrect medical chargesIf not, then Frost Arnett is guilty of fraud and I will pursue further action

Obviously no one likes dealing with collection agenciesI have been making payments on our account for a few months now (yay doctor bills) and I have not had an issue with this company at allI just called to make a payment and the woman was very politeMaybe I got someone on a good day, but compared to another company I have dealt with, I don't have any complaintsThe only reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone is because I hope no one has to have bills sent to collections :)

We contacted Frost Arnett in early January to do collections They never called in the entire time we had our files with them On July 1, 2016, I requested a complete file of all phone calls and correspondence to our past due client They were finally getting ready to arrange a court date the following week (so they said) We never received the correspondence files, and we called on on July 22, to have them discontinue collections, as we wanted a firm that was more aggressive and one that kept in touch with updates

YES, the collectors DO ask for DOB to verify identity! Your employee was very cagey and cryptic which was a BIG red flag I was hesitant to confirm my identity and pay over the phone and agreed to pay on-line so I could verify the debt Upon review of the disputed amount, I noted that the actual bill was only $in lieu of the doubled charge of $requested by your representative over the phone By law, you need to send me an actual bill since you have my current address I am contacting the client to resolve and Revdex.com so I suggest you only bill for the actual amount owed

Caller stated the name of your company fast and unclear and started to proceed with asking me a question I have a hearing problem and ask the caller to repeat the name of their company The caller who had not identified her name, again stated the company name very fast and unclear She stated "I need to clarify" at which point I ask what the company does She ignored my question and I stated that If she did not tell me what her company does that I am not going to give her any information She became extremely rude and ask me in a condescending manner "Do you feel better now"? Needless to say the conversation deteriorated and I hung up I called back to report her and the next person was just as rude and condescendingVery poor customer service

We contacted Frost Arnett in early January 2016 to do collections. They never called in the entire time we had our files with them. I received a letter requesting payment on charges that I had disputed were incorrectly charged and late fees from a doctor bill that was only 6 months old. I requested a detailed copy of bill to verify the charges were correct and was told they would get one and contact me. I waited nearly 3 weeks before I called back to say the charges were for services provided. I said I needed a detail billing account and they stated they did not have this information. So I asked yet again for a copy because I thought it is unfair and illegal to ask someone to pay a bill without back up. I asked to verify that this would not be placed on my credit report until matter resolved. Their response was that after 30 days they could guarantee it would not go to collections so o had better pay it. I asked to talk to manager and was told that all they had was sales manager. Then I asked for VP of Marketing. They claimed they did not have one. I asked for Director of human resources. They did not have one. Then I asked for President George B[redacted] but was told he had no email or voicemail but if I left my number he call me back. That was August 3 months no call. I asked why no one ever returns my call and they said it's not their job to follow up as they have so many accounts. I filed a complaint for extortion business like practice with Attorney General of Tennessee. I now have an official complaint under investigation with Regulatory Agency of Insurance and Collection compliance. I paid my bill to avoid damage to my credit report but I am still waiting for detail billing to see if corrections were made to bill for incorrect medical charges. If not, then Frost Arnett is guilty of fraud and I will pursue further action.

I called to settle a debt I owed with the full intention of paying the debt. They were so rude and nasty to me that I didn't pay it. And I won't. I have excellent credit overall. One bill won't kill me.

Sounds like a scam - they would not speak with me because I refused to tell them(verify) my birth date. They rudely call over and over then refuse to talk when I answer. Something doesnt seem right about this.
