December 2, 2015Dear [redacted] In response to your letter regarding [redacted] ***, I am glad you sent a second notice as I was away most of November[redacted] and her mother came to us as a dissatisfied customer from another pool companyI myself went completely out of our way with service, pricing and chemicalsWe made several service calls to her home and did not charge her for the callI believe we went beyond the call of duty for any pool companyWe opened her pool on May 7, as you can see, this is the work that was done and the work that was charged to her as well as installing chemicalsWe did give her a $credit against the bill as a nice gestureWe do not clean a pool unless requested to do soThis is time consuming and there would be a separate charge for that, This was not requested by the customer or we would have been happy to do soAs far as my service man turning on the water to service the filter, yes, he did that, He had a call several blocks away and he remembered that he forgot to turn water off so he turned the truck around and went back to shut the water offThis service man has been with me for years and he is reliable and truthful, We do not know what happened, we only know what we do, We have never acknowledged that we were at fault.We will always work with our customers and we would still do work for her, however, we also want to work with customers that treat us fair and honestWe have been in business for more than years and we strive to be fair and honest to all,Hopefully this letter will clear this up,Sincerely,Gene S., CEO

We did give her a $100.00 credit against the bill as a nice gesture. We do not clean a pool unless requested to do so. Her current open invoices total $461.73. We are willing to deduct $100.00 for water and $35.00 for electric from her bills plus sales tax of $8.10. The total due on both bills would now be $318.63.She has 10 days in which to pay the bills in the amount of $318.63 or it will be turned over to our attorney for prosecution, I am confident that we can get this account settled now.Sincerely,Gene S., CEO

I will be willing to pay the $461.73 to Aquarius Pools, if you will pay $350.00 of the water/sewer bill paid directly to Lock Haven City Water Authority. Also, I would like to reserve the right to an inspection of the pool walls and structure in the spring of 2016 to be completed by a licensed pool inspector.
