First, *** at NAPA in Clinton is saying that I did not return his call, which is untrue; I spoke with him at his Burlington store, the number for which I received from *** who works at his Clinton storeOn the day I spoke with him, he told me all of the same information he has provided hereI am certainly not satisfied with this response because while he says these two filters are the same, the NAPA Filter company (the manufacturer/distributor) themselves state in writing that the filter he sold me is the WRONG filter for my carFurthermore, my mechanic at Harms Kia in Janesville states that his is VERY likely the cause for the engine damage that forced me to replace my car's engineIf *** does not make a good faith attempt to accept responsibility for this, I will have to pursue other avenues to try to recooperate my expensesThank you for your work on this matterPlease advise me of the next steps
