I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was able to get ahold of someone else and finally get paid. [redacted] was the one that I was originally told to get ahold of and he would not return any of my calls or emails. It was very unprofessional of [redacted] to ignore me, but I am satisfied because I was paid.
