on choosing her clientAfter coming to a decision Ms***s chose our client ***Ms***s trained for *** and certified with the clientPlease Note that the client *** has many restriction under the FCC guidelines we have to follow, and Mrs***s was informed this every day in classI have a couple of score cards where Ms***s made a 50, and a This is not acceptable from the client and will jeopardize her chance to obtain another day contract*** takes care of their customers with the utmost Care and will fine any VSC who agent works on the phone and play police and alert the fraud departmentBy doing this the Virtual Service Center which is Frost Virtual will be charge $for each incidentMs***s was taken threw an Orientation that clearly told her that she is a Independent Contractor and she also agreed to those terms on the Administrative Agreement that was signed by herWhich also states, that Frost Virtual Solutions can terminate her, and her SOW (Statement of Work) without any noticeHowever; Ms*** ***s received an e-mail from *** *** regarding the termination of agreement so she knew about this Termination of SOWThe reason for the Dissolution of SOW is because Ms*** ***s has been receiving bad score cards, and e-mails from her QAPF (Quality Assurance Performance Facilitator) that she needs to schedule an Enhancement to discuss these mattersLook after the fact that Ms*** ***s works for FVS (Frost Virtual Solutions), and not the client we receive every e-mail that was sent to herAfter receiving a Termination of Contract from Ms*** ***s by certified Mail, FVS granted her wish and terminated her contract which would have been dismissed before her SOW expiration date of March 31, due to the fact of bad score cards from the client Arise and not FVSSince she wanted to terminate her contract with FVS, it also terminated her SOW Contract with Arise ClientMy HR Director and I phoned Ms***s to discuss her decision and she went on to say her Accountant told her it will be best to acquire her own LLC*** ***s CSP#*** is now a free agent and free to train for another client with AriseWhat was stated by Mrs***s was that it will be months before she can get started is falsification, and the amount of the claim of $4,will take Ms*** a total of to years to make working with or with her own company with ariseFrost Virtual Solutions COO & CEO is seeking a counter suite for the amount of $ which includes *** Frost travels Miles one way to courtRound Trip Miles @ cents a mile = $*** Frost travels Miles one way to court Round Trip Miles @ Cents a mile = $*** Frost Missed Work rate of Hours @ $= $*** Frost Missed Work rate of Hours @ 14.50= $Total Amount $plus the $4,she is seeking……… Grand Total $4,

I am rejecting this response because: I have filed a lawsuit against the Defendant's. A court date has not been scheduled for this case as of this date. I would like to hold my response until after the court date and then I can send written proof of allegations.
