I cannot say enough good things about Brennan, the owner of Renaissance AirOne of our ac units was not cooling properlyI called a large company and received a quote that was expensive enough that I needed a second opinionAnother large company came out, and the quote was equally costly, but for a different problem! I was in a quandary, and consulted [redacted] I finally decided on Renaissance Air, mainly because it had great reviews and was a small companyBrennan came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem (it was similar to one of the previous diagnoses, but not as extensive), and repaired our ac for a much more reasonable priceHe took the time to explain the problem and the process to me as wellWe were so relieved to NOT replace an expensive part for a low refrigerant level! Our entire home is cool and I will only call Renaissance Air for ac problems from now on

I contacted this company by telephone on Saturday hoping to be at the head of the line on Monday I called again Monday morning I then tried to contact the company with Revdex.com on Monday At noon my grand son sent a text on my behalf but by 7pm have not had any response from this company
