Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the entire work product was deficient. Even if the roof did not leak, it would need to be replaced due to unsatisfactory installation of roof rafters which has caused a dip and instability in the roof surface, patches and tears in the rubber membrane roofing, and failure to remove damaged product from under the roof sheathing. The contractor returned part of my payment to him, but will need to return the remainder so I can have the entire project re-done. The bank loan for this project was in the amount required for the entire project. Since he did not return the money for his inferior work which would not meet standard building practices, I cannot have the project completed. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have gone above and beyond to satisfy this customer. I have tried to make corrections and did everything and even more than what was agreed to. There was a leak but it was part of the old roof that I told her that I could not guarantee the old roof. She removed me from the
job. Even after this, I refunded her money. I had even reduced some of the labor costs for the roof. At this time, I am not sure there is any more that my company can do for this customer
