I called, they rep assumed that it was a sales call, didn't care whether it was a marketing call or not, just hung upI called few more times, she just picked up, heard me say hello and hung upAt the end a manager picked up, I complained about her, and he without caring, simply yelled at me not to call again and hung upVery rude and unprofessional!!!
Hello, My name is [redacted] and I ordered online from Streets of NewYork (surprise location on grand and bell) on 5/9/It was my birthday yesterday, and after a long day of work and taking care of my year old and newborn baby I was exhaustedI figured a pizza from a nicer place since it was my birthday and that way I didn't have to figure out what to cook so lateI ordered online at 8:20pmIt said my order would be delivered by 9:(at the latest)My kids and I go to bed around 9:30, so this is the latest dinner has beenBut, it was my birthday, so I was okay with splurging on time and cost a littleWell, 9:comes around and I call in figuring it is beyond the point of a driver running a few minutes behindI spoke to the manager and she said, "oh, the order just printed, I can put it in the oven and it will take about minutes to get to you" By this point I am frustrated because dinner at almost is just too lateThis would be an hour beyond what I expectedI asked her to cancel the orderAnd barely got an "Im sorry"So here it is 930pm on my birthday making peanut butter sandwiches because now it is too late to make anything else or order anything elseI am beyond frustrated with this situation and feel as if the manager did not try fixing it at all, just wanted me off the phoneAnd it wasn't my fault, but it sure did feel like itPlease feel free to contact me back at [redacted] @***.com Thank you, [redacted] ***
