Frozen Moto Industries

Review: An agreement was made in October 2014 to deliver product by December 2014. Deposit was made in late October, and contact was made with Frozen Moto in December regarding delivery. I was told delivery would happen within 30 days, and to forward final payment. I provided full payment, and product never showed up. I made many inquiries to the company regarding delivery and received little to no answers. At this point the company still has my payment ($18,000) and it has become obvious that the product will not be delivered. Communication with the company results in poor excuses and no answers about getting my money back.Desired Settlement: At the least, I need my payment of $18,000 immediately. If payment isn't received in full within 7 days of filing this complaint, interest will accrue, beginning when the first deposit was received October 27, 2014.
